Borek wrap up and the rest of 2010

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Brendan Borek Surf Memorial and enjoyed a great day of music and surfing. Be sure to check the DCS Facebook for photos which will be posted in the coming days. We’re coming up to the last 4 months of the year and we’ve got a lot to do! We’ve got The Silence performing at the final week of the Champps Summer Concert Series on August 26 and our booze cruise in the Boston Harbor on September 11. Looks like we’re getting another Tuesday night in the studio with Gashouse Radio and something awesome may or may not be happening at the Hard Rock Cafe on September 17 and The Grape Room in Manayunk on November 13. Stay updated on everything going on and let us know who you want to see!

Wow, special thanks goes out to all the guys at www.gashouseradio.com! Awesome show last night and we were so happy to be a part of it. If you missed it, please go to their website and download last night’s show from their archives. Also, we have The Devyl Nellys this week at the Champps Summer Concert Series. The Summer Concert Series is still going strong and it’s been an awesome series so far! This week we’ll be hosting Brian Mackey and Waking Up East. Promises to be a great show. Also, there are some amazing things on the horizon for DCS and Gashosue Radio. Be sure to keep checking back to find out what it is. And tune in to Gashouse on August 17 where Ben and Jake Davis will be on the air with Them Fresh Boys. ReggaeFest, Summer Series and Suburban Sensi

Wow, it’s been a great week for us. After wrapping up ReggaeFest and enjoying The World at Large and Desoto Jones at the Champps Summer Concert Series, DCS would like to extend thanks to everyone who came out to the Gibson House to Suburban Sensi , Sloth Groove and Andrew Whitman . Summer Concert Series is back! Suburban Sensi at the Gibson House

This week marks the second half of the Champps Summer Concert Series. The World at Large will be opening for Desoto Jones tonight. Looks to be a great show and, as always, it’s free! Along with $2.5o pints on every beer on tap, you can’t beat it. So we hope to see you out there tonight as we jump into the second half of the summer. Also on tap, tomorrow night (Friday July 23rd) marks DCS’ first show at the Gibson House in Marlton.
